1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or interacting with our website, you acknowledge and accept these Terms. “You” refers to any individual or entity engaging our services. “Products” refers to any custom-printed materials purchased from us.

2. Registration

Creating an account is optional but recommended for order tracking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any activities under your account.

3. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and store your personal data, in compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship domestically within the U.S. and internationally. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printed products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects. Any claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Defective Products and Limitations

Minor deviations in color, size, or finish (within ±2.5%) do not constitute defects. Claims for printing inaccuracies must include photographic evidence and order number.

7. Customer Submitted Artwork

All uploaded artwork must be in CMYK color mode, minimum 300 DPI. You are solely responsible for copyright compliance and file accuracy.

8. Content License and Copyright

Artwork submitted is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not claim ownership, nor do we redistribute customer-submitted designs.

9. Overruns and Proofing

An overrun or underrun of up to ±8% is industry standard. Physical or digital proofs are the customer’s responsibility to approve before production begins.

10. Payments

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Invoices are issued electronically. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest after the due date.

11. Website Usage

All content on gotprintcoupon.com is protected. Any reproduction or scraping for commercial use requires written authorization.

12. Third Party Links

We may link to external sites for your convenience. We are not liable for their content or data practices.

13. Disclaimers and Governing Law

Products and services are provided “as-is”. We disclaim all warranties to the extent allowed by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
